Shopping in Kilgetty

The large south-Pembrokeshire village of Kilgetty is listed under shopping because if you are self-catering and traveling by car it has some useful shops with easy parking. Going to Tenby, Pembroke or Saundersfoot for an aspirin, or even your groceries, is not recommended at the height of the tourist season

Kilgetty's shops include a medium sized supermarket with lots of free parking and an ATM cash machine, a tiny Post Office (be prepared to queue outside at busy times!), and a chemist which also sells a wide range of gifts.

Another reason to stop at Kilgetty is the tourist information centre which has a large car park with public toilets.

Reasonably priced petrol is available at the Crossroads Garage which on the edge of Kilgetty on the road to Begelly and Narbeth.
